What Is Harm Reduction?
Harm reduction is a practical, compassionate approach to improving health, safety, and well-being. It recognizes that every person's journey is different and focuses on reducing risk, preventing harm, and connecting individuals to the resources and support they need.

Heat Relief 2026
Arizona summers can be dangerous, especially for individuals experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or limited access to cooling spaces. Through our Heat Relief Program, Let’s Build Foundation provides hydration supplies, cooling resources, harm reduction support, resource navigation, and compassionate community care throughout the summer months.

The Let’s Build Foundation held an event in Phoenix on Wednesday Nov, 23 to provide the city’s homeless a home cooked Thanksgiving meal. The event was a "Smash” success, with the foundation feeding over 400 people.
