Let's Build Foundation Behavioral Health Workforce Pipeline Outcomes (Spring 2025–Spring 2026).

Twelve individuals applied for the Let's Build Foundation internship program, with eight selected to participate. All selected interns successfully completed the program, and half returned for an advanced internship. Among advanced interns, 75% pursued Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) certification, and two participants transitioned into paid behavioral health positions within the organization. These preliminary outcomes demonstrate the potential of the Let's Build Foundation Behavioral Health Workforce Pipeline Model to support career progression from community engagement and internship participation to professional behavioral health employment.
