United by a commitment to compassion, advocacy, and community impact, we work together to create meaningful connections, expand access to resources, and support individuals on their journey toward healing, stability, and hope.
Shi Wade
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Shi Wade serves as Program Director of Let’s Build Foundation, where she leads community outreach, harm reduction initiatives, and resource navigation efforts designed to support individuals and families throughout Arizona.
A Mental Health Technician, Peer Recovery Support Specialist, and Addiction Counseling Para-Professional, Shi brings extensive experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder programming, and community-based support services. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Addiction Psychology at Arizona State University, with research interests focused on barriers to treatment access and culturally responsive behavioral health interventions.
Through her leadership, advocacy, and commitment to service, Shi works to expand access to resources, reduce stigma, and create pathways to healing, recovery, and opportunity.

W.C. Wade
OUTREACH DIRECTOR
Winston "WC" Wade is a community advocate, entrepreneur, and Peer Recovery Support Coach committed to helping individuals and families build brighter futures.
With experience in crisis intervention, workforce development, and recovery support, Winston has led family intervention teams, supervised youth workforce programs, and mentored individuals seeking positive change. He is also the creator of the Let’s Build Way of Art, a copyrighted STEAM-based curriculum designed to make learning engaging and accessible.
As Co-Founder of Let’s Build Foundation, Winston helps lead the organization's mission of building hope, creating opportunity, and strengthening communities through compassion, advocacy, and service.

Starr Sanchez
COMMUNITY OUTREACH COORDINATOR
As Community Outreach Coordinator for Let’s Build Foundation, Starr Sanchez is dedicated to building meaningful relationships throughout the community and connecting individuals with the resources and support they need. Through compassionate outreach, advocacy, and a people-first approach, Starr helps foster trust, strengthen partnerships, and ensure that every person is treated with dignity and respect.
Believing that "Everybody is somebody's... somebody," Starr is committed to reminding each person they encounter that they are seen, valued, and never alone.

PEER SUPPORT
Daniel Enzi has a passion for helping those in need, who are lost and hurting. He has 20 years of experience working in behavioral health as a Certified Peer Support Specialist and Behavioral Health Technician. Daniel's experience includes crisis work, assisting those experiencing homelessness, substance use and adverse psychiatric experiences. Daniel joins LBF as our Peer Support and HMIS Liason.

STREET OUTREACH TEAM LEAD
Josh leads a street outreach team with Let’s Build Foundation, dedicated to serving the community through outreach initiatives, relationship building, and direct engagement with individuals in need. He supports the organization's mission by helping connect people with resources, offering compassionate assistance, and participating in community events that promote hope, dignity, and lasting change.
Through his commitment to service and community involvement, Josh helps further Let’s Build Foundation's mission of meeting people where they are and building stronger, healthier communities.

Sharlyn Barba is a valued member of the Let’s Build Foundation team, supporting the organization's mission through community outreach, program coordination, and day-to-day operations. Passionate about serving others, she helps foster meaningful connections with community members while contributing to initiatives that promote hope, healing, and access to essential resources.
Through her dedication, collaboration, and commitment to compassionate service, Sharlyn plays an important role in advancing Let’s Build Foundation's efforts to strengthen communities and improve lives.

DIRECTOR OF CREATIVE STRATEGY & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Jenny Madruga Chavez serves as Director of Creative Strategy & Community Engagement for Let’s Build Foundation. In this role, she leads branding, communications, website development, content creation, and community storytelling efforts that help connect individuals and families with resources, support, and opportunities.
With a background in marketing, design, and nonprofit leadership, Jenny is passionate about using creative strategy to strengthen community partnerships, increase organizational visibility, and amplify the impact of mission-driven work. She believes that every organization has a story worth telling and that meaningful connections are built through authentic communication and community engagement.
